What if my item is damaged when I receive it?
What are shipping
costs?
Items are shipped regular ground via UPS, Fedex
Ground or Priority Mail with the USPS. After order
is received allow two to five business days for
processing and items are shipped.
Your
order is not charged to your credit card until we are ready to ship. Standard shipping in the continental United States is free if your
purchase is $75.00 or more. Sales under $75.00 follow the schedule below:
Order up to $29.99 - shipping $4.60
orders between $30.00 and $49.99 - shipping
is $6.00
between $50.00 and 74.99
- shipping is $8.00
Note - if order is jewelry and weighs 1 lb or
less, we will reduce shipping costs to $4.60.

How do I purchase an
item?
First, choose a category of items to
browse, such as "Necklaces." Scroll down the page until you see an item that you would like to purchase. If
you want to see a larger picture of the item, click on the smaller picture. Use the
"Click Here" button to begin the purchase process. You will be taken to the "Personalize" page first
where you can make all the necessary decisions about your item (color, stone choice etc.). Next, you will
go to the Shopping Cart. Your Shopping Cart is a list of all the items that you decide to purchase during
your visit to acutesite. You may use the "Shopping Cart" button at the bottom of a page
to go to your Cart at any time.
How can I delete an item that
is in my shopping cart?
Enter a "0" (zero) in the Quantity box and press the "Recalculate" button.
I want to change the quantity
of an item I'm ordering.
In the Quantity box on your Shopping Cart page, enter the new number that you would like to purchase
of that item. Press the "Recalculate" button to view your changes.
Is it safe to send my credit
card information over the internet?
Yes! We use a secure server when receiving credit card information. After you have
purchased all of the items that you need, click the "Check Out" button. The next page ("Check Out")
resides on our secure server. If you are using a Netscape browser you will see a blue border in
your browser window, along with a blue key in the lower left corner. If you are using
Microsoft Internet Explorer, a padlock will appear in the lower right corner. At this stage, all information
that you enter is sent to the server using 128-bit encryption. The confirmation page that is
sent back to you ("Purchase Summary") also uses 128-bit encryption. This is the highest level of security
available today with web browsers.
If you click on the Verisign button on the credit card
entry page, it will indicate that HostDepot is the owner of the
certificate. This is our hosting company.

All returns are
subject to our approval. If you would like to discuss returning an item,
please call 214.564.8978. Please do not return an item without
authorization. We're sorry, but we cannot refund shipping charges. Once
you have obtained a return authorization number, please ship the item

Damages: If an item is damaged in transit,
please call us immediately. Re-package the item using all of the original
packing material. Upon receipt of the damaged item,we will either issue a
credit to your account or replace the item upon the customer's
request.
